What is EVA?

EVA is a plastic material composed of ethylene (E) and vinyl acetate (VA).The ratio of these two chemicals can be adjusted to meet different application requirements. The higher the content of vinyl acetate (VA), the greater the transparency, softness and toughness.Different from PVC, EVA softness cannot be adjusted by the amount of plasticizer.

 What is PEVA?

PEVA is a plastic material composed of polyethylene (PE) and ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA).The ratio of these two chemicals can be adjusted to meet different application needs.Polyethylene is more important than vinyl acetate copolymer. When the proportion of polyethylene is higher, the hardness and strength of PEVA will be relatively improved, but pure polyethylene cannot use high cycle voltage, so the higher the proportion of polyethylene, the worse the voltage effect of PEVA will be.
